Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum is cooled and cast into various specifications of round casting rods through deep well casting system.

The process of fusion casting includes melting, purification, impurity removal, gas removal, slag removal and casting. The main process is:
(1) Ingredients: according to the specific brand of alloy to be produced, calculate the amount of various alloy components to be added, and reasonably match various raw materials.
(2) Smelting: the prepared raw materials are added to the melting furnace according to the technological requirements, and the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed by degassing and slagging refining means.
(3) Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum is cooled and cast into various specifications of round casting rods through deep well casting system.
